Company activities and impact

Introduction: Since its inception, AWARD UK CIC has been committed to develop a robust network of like-minded organizations across the United Kingdom. Its primary aim is to mobilize resources from the UK and support initiatives for the socio-economic upliftment of marginalized communities in Pakistan, with a special focus on empowering women and youth. The year 2025 marked a significant period of growth and impact for AWARD UK CIC as it initiated and continued to build meaningful connections and contribute to its mission. Governance and Contributions: In 2025, the Board of Directors convened twice to strategize and.oversee the operations of AWARD UK CIC. Demonstrating their commitment, the Directors collectively contributed GBP 800 to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's activities. These meetings provided a platform to evaluate progress, set priorities, assign duties and align strategies with the broader objectives of the CIC. Key Activities in 2025 1. Networking and Partnerships AWARD UK CIC organized 4 networking meetings in Manchester,South Sheilds, Dundee and Oldham attracting phiplanthropists, consultants ,Church Leadership and multiple teams. These events served as opportunities to share best practices, maintaining collaborations, and discuss potential joint initiatives aimed at benefiting marginalized communities in Pakistan. The organization established formal partnerships with 06 UK-based entities and community interest companies, including those specializing in women's empowerment, youth development, and capacity building. These partnerships have laid the foundation for collaborative projects in 2025. So far the AWARD has been able to partner with. 1. For the Love of a Child (Charity) 2. Working Women Worldwide (Charity) 3. Bright Futures (South Shields) 4. Church of the Ascension of Christ Salford 5. Grace Community Church , Old Tarfford, 6. Anglican Church Oldham Parish 2. Awareness Campaigns A digital campaign was launched in March 2025 to highlight the-,-challenges faced by marginalized women and youth in Pakistan. The campaign reached over 20,000 individuals on social media, sparking discussions and drawing attention to the critical issues of education, vocational training, and gender equality. AWARD also has designed its own website to engage the UK audience. 3. Resource Mobilization AWARD UK CIC successfully raised GBP 800 through its board of directors held in 2025. The funds are earmarked for supporting education initiatives, operations and entrepreneurial training programs for women and youth in Pakistan. Impact in 2025 1. Strengthened Networks The networking events and partnerships established by AWARD UK CIC have created a platform for like-minded organizations to exchange ideas and re-sources. This collaborative spirit is expected to amplify the collective impact on marginalized communities in Pakistan. 2. Increased Awareness The awareness campaigns have successfully drawn attention to critical issues, motivating individuals and organizations to take action. The engagement metrics from the digital campaign and webinars indicate a growing interest in sup-porting AWARD's mission. 3. Enhanced Support for Communities in Pakistan The funds and in-kind donations mobilized in 2025 have enabled AWARD Pakistan to expand its reach and impact. Specifically, these contributions have supported: The enrollment of 50 children from brick kiln communities into formal education programs. Vocational training for 30 women in tailoring and small-scale entrepreneurship. The provision of IT training to 20 youth, equipping them with marketable skills for employment opportunities. Challenges and Lessons Learned While 2025 was a year of networking, AWARD UK CIC faced challenges such as limited resources and the need for greater visibility in the UK. However, these challenges underscored the importance of strategic planning, effective communication, and leveraging partnerships to overcome barriers. The organization is committed to applying these lessons to enhance its operations and impact in the coming years. Future Plans Looking ahead, AWARD UK CIC aims to: Expand its network by engaging.more organizations and individuals across the UK. Organize Fundraising through its partners and volunteers to enhance their effective-ness. Raise GBP 10,000 in 2026 and 2027 to support small-scale projects focused on education and entrepreneurship. Launch an advocacy campaign to influence policies that benefit marginalized communities in Pakistan. Working on strong policies to implement on ground. Conclusion The activities and achievements of AWARD UK CIC in 2025 reflect its unwavering commitment to its mission of empowering marginalized communities in Pakistan. By developing meaningful collaborations, raising awareness, and mobilizing resources, the organization has laid a strong foundation for sustained impact. AWARD UK CIC remains dedicated to its vision of creating a better future for women and youth in Pakistan and looks forward to scaling its efforts in the years to come.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders consist of the Board of Directors that belong to different fields of life, UK-based charities, community interest companies and charities partnering with AWARD UK CIC (mentioned in the report). Donors and sponsors providing financial and in-kind contributions, Beneficiaries in Pakistan, including women, youth, and children from marginalized communities. Volunteers and supporters involved in events and campaigns. During 2025, AWARD UK CIC held stakeholder consultation and directors' meetings in January 2025 and December 2025 to review progress, strengthen partnerships, and expand the organization's network across the UK. The meetings focused on improving collaboration with churches, faith-based organizations, community groups, and development partners to enhance AWARD's outreach and impact. As part of these consultations, visits and engagement meetings were conducted with several organizations, including Church of the Ascension of Christ, Salford, For the Love of a Child (Dundee), Strategic Resource Group (Glasgow), Bright Futures (South Shields), and Anglican Church Oldham Parish. These meetings explored opportunities for future collaboration, community development initiatives, fundraising, volunteer engagement, and knowledge sharing. The directors also reviewed communication efforts, including correspondence and outreach emails sent to multiple organizations and potential partners across the UK. Responsibilities were assigned among directors to strengthen stakeholder engagement, follow up with prospective partners, and coordinate future networking activities.
