During the financial year ended 31 July 2025, ALL-SIDES SPORTS CLUB C.I.C. worked to improve access to sport, exercise and recreational activities for members of the local community. The company’s activities benefited the community by: providing accessible and inclusive opportunities for people to participate in sports and physical activities; encouraging children, young people and adults to become more physically active; supporting participants’ physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem; creating a safe and welcoming environment where people from different backgrounds could meet and participate together; helping participants develop teamwork, communication, discipline and leadership skills; reducing social isolation by bringing local people together through shared sporting activities; and promoting the positive use of leisure time and encouraging long-term participation in sport. The activities were delivered for community benefit rather than private profit. Any surplus generated by the company was retained for the development of its sporting and community activities.
The company consulted with its main stakeholders, being the children who participated in the sporting activities and their parents or guardians. Feedback was obtained through informal discussions before and after sessions, direct conversations with parents, and comments received from participants. The feedback helped the company understand whether the activities were enjoyable, accessible and appropriate for the children. It was also used to identify areas for improvement, including the organisation of sessions, the types of sporting activities offered and the needs of individual participants. The company considered this feedback when planning and improving its future sporting and community activities.
