2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Individual equipment purchases costing £100 or more are capitalised. Depreciation is charged at 25% per annum on a straight-line basis.
