Circular Fashion Incubator CIC is a Leeds-based community interest company focused on sustainability, circular fashion, repair culture, education, and creative collaboration. During the financial year, the CIC organised workshops, exhibitions, networking events, educational activities, and the International Circular Fashion Week Conference in collaboration with designers, artists, students, universities, charities, and community partners. The company’s activities promoted textile waste reduction, repair and reuse, sustainable creativity, student engagement, community participation, and support for independent creatives and sustainable businesses.
Stakeholders include students, designers, artists, universities, charities, workshop participants, volunteers, community organisations, and members of the public. Consultation took place through meetings, workshops, networking events, feedback forms, advisory discussions, and online communication. Feedback has helped improve future planning, workshop development, communication, student engagement, and collaborative activities.
