During the period Spinedeck Limited, a company under the common control of the director, advanced £57,000 to the company and was repaid £31,175, leaving £25,825 owed at 31 December 2025. The loan is interest-free and repayable on demand. In addition, the director personally funded £15,000 of stock purchases on the company's behalf, recorded as an interest-free director's loan of £15,000 owed by the company at 31 December 2025.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Although the company has net liabilities of £39,603 at 31 December 2025, the amounts owed to Spinedeck Limited and to the director are under common control and are not expected to be demanded in a manner that would prevent the company continuing to trade. The director is satisfied the company will continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval.
After the reporting date the company registered for VAT following turnover exceeding the registration threshold, and began repaying the Spinedeck Limited loan.
