Director's advances, credits and guarantees
At 30 April 2026, a balance of £966 was owed to the director. Interest has not been charged, and the loan is repayable on demand.
For the period ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
