Investment in Deventer CV
Dover Global Investment LLP invested USD 5,050,000 in Deventer CV, a Dutch limited partnership, during the year ended 31 December 2013. The investment was subsequently increased and reduced in accordance with the partnership's capital requirements and distributions.
The investment was subject to impairment reviews and the following impairment charges were recognised:

The cumulative impairment provision was fully reversed during the year ended 31 December 2019, resulting in a nil impairment balance at that date.
No further impairment charges or reversals have been recognised in the financial years ended 31 December 2020 through 31 December 2025. Management has reviewed the carrying value of the investment as at 31 December 2025 and considers that no additional impairment provision is required.
Accordingly, the cumulative impairment provision remains nil as at 31 December 2025.
Balances with Members
Amounts due from members comprise members' current account balances arising from losses allocated to members in prior years together with advances made to members.
During the years ended 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025, the LLP advanced funds to Krasis, the principal member of the LLP. The advances made during 2024 totalled USD 1,406,945 and the advances made during 2025 totalled USD 1,034,590.
At 31 December 2025, the balance due from members amounted to USD 2,492,870 (2024: USD 1,458,282). These balances are unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
Balances with Group Undertakings
At 31 December 2025, amounts owed to subsidiary undertakings amounted to USD 3,663,591 (2024: USD 2,615,802). These balances are unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
