| Bank loans |
| In 2024, the Bloomfield Service Stations Limited acquired a secured loan in the amount of £430,000, which is secured against the land owned by the company. The loan was obtained to finance the acquisition of the property located at 88 Camberwell Road. |
| The land has been pledged as collateral, and the lender holds a legal charge over the property as security for the loan. |
| During the year, a total of £180,000 was repaid against the loan. |
| The carrying value of the land at the year-end was £630,000 and the outstanding balance on the loan as at 31/03/2026 was £200,000. |
