The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the director repaid £33,000 to the company and withdrew a further £47,965. At the year end, the director owed £47,433 to the company. (2024: £28,468) The balance is repayable on demand and interest is charged at the HMRC official rate for beneficial loans.
Additional Disclosures
A prior year adjustment has been made to recognise £14,909 of sales that related to a previous accounting period but had not been recorded in the original financial statements. The adjustment has been reflected in the current accounts as a prior year adjustment to ensure the financial statements present a true and fair view.
