Addept Insurance Services Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is The Leadenhall Building Level 30, 122 Leadenhall Street, London, England, EC3V 4AB.
In the current year, the Company has elected to early adopt the amendments applicable to FRS 105, arising from the September 2024 edition. The date of transition was 1 January 2025. The resulting prospective changes to the recognition and disclosure of Revenue from the date of transition are £111,743. If the amendments to FRS 105 were not applied income would have been £600,144. As these changes are applied prospectively, there were no adjustments required to opening reserves.

Guarantees and other financial commitments

At 31 December 2025 the Company had capital commitments contracted for but not provided in the financial statements totalling £40,702 (2024: £Nil).
Directors' confirmations
The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
