Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The abridged accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs. |

Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulative depreciation and any accumulative impairment losses. Fixed investments comprise: |

The fixed asset investment comprises a freehold property acquired in a previous year at a cost of £524,834. |
|
Improvements of £2,100 were made during the prior year, bringing the total cost of the property to £526,934. |
|
The property continues to be used as an office for the running of the business, storage and as a centre for staff |
|
training.The property is stated at cost as, in the directors’ opinion, this approximates to its market value. Fixed |
|
investment also comprises £100 being the cost of acquiring 100% of the share capital of Alpha Crew Ltd, |
|
a company registered in England & Wales under number 8243152, which is currently dormant. In addition, |
|
fixed investment comprises £3,075, representing the cost of acquiring 15% of the share capital |
|
of Alpha Crew Sarl in France. |
