| The bank loan is interest bearing at 5.2% per annum above the Bank of England Base Rate with the balance being repayable in 31st July 2030. The loan is secured by fixed and floating charges over its assets and guaranteed by the group. The fixed charge covers specified non-current assets, including plant and equipment, intellectual property, receivables, and certain bank accounts. The floating charge covers all other present and future business assets, including inventory. The loan is also supported by director personal guarantees totalling £100,000 (£50,000 from each director). |
