COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

SWALE LIFE CIC

Company Number: 11113021 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 December 2025

Company activities and impact

At the end of 2025 the company had 32 subscribers receiving a 100mbps internet connection.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are the residents of Swaledale in the area near Keld. The company maintains communication via its website, direct messages, personal visits, but owing to lack of interest in attendance, there was no annual general meeting this year. All four directors met on 08.04.26 to discuss and review the year ending 31.12.25, and decided that as there were surplus funds in the bank account; with the income outweighing expenditure with no high costs recently, that the monthly charge should be reduced to at £15 per month per household as of 1st May 2026. That would still leave a buffer for any unexpected expenditure.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
