Throughout the year, we have continued to provide vital support to people across Knowsley and the surrounding areas through a wide range of community initiatives. Our women's programmes have enjoyed various activities and in July 2025 took part in 10k walk at Mam Tor. The launch of our Be Seen women's empowerment course was a success and we continued with boxing circuit classes, yoga sessions and wellbeing retreats. We were also proud to sponsor the Galaxy Girls football team, supporting opportunities for young girls in sport. Our men's services continued to thrive through walk and talk sessions, football activities, outings including a trip to Southport for Men's Mental Health Awareness Week, and a variety of wellbeing events. We delivered after-school football sessions and school holiday football activities for local children, encouraging participation, teamwork and healthy lifestyles. We also delivered engaging holiday programmes for local children, continued our successful parent and child group, and organised family events throughout the year. Alongside our community work, our staff remained committed to professional development, completing training in trauma-informed care, personal development in the early years, and neurodiversity to further enhance the support we provide.
