Incredibots CIC hosts monthly community and educational events throughout the year, centered on robotics in public spaces across Bristol. We provide resources and support to help people get started with robotics. Our work benefits the community in several key ways: Organising regular community events that bring local residents together in collaboration with local businesses Making robotics and related skills more accessible and affordable for everyone in the community Inspiring people from all backgrounds to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Maths (STEAM) through hands-on robotics Equipping young people with valuable STEAM skills and guiding them toward careers in these fields
The attendees and participants at our events, as well as the users of our online resources, are key stakeholders in our work. We regularly gather feedback through in-person and online surveys to make our events more inclusive and accessible, with the goal of expanding interest in robotics and encouraging more people to pursue careers in STEM-related fields. Once again, feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with only minor adjustments needed to improve our events and guides.
