Create Change 360 is a CIC dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to make posi-tive, lasting changes in their lives. Through a range of projects, workshops, and one-to-one sup-port, we focus on areas such as employment, wellbeing, personal growth, and social inclusion. Our mission is to break down barriers, build confidence, and create opportunities for people to thrive. Helping individuals find meaningful work, encouraging acts of kindness, and promoting healthier lifestyles, Create Change 360 is committed to creating a ripple effect of positive change, supporting people to transform not only their own lives but also their communities. During 2024 -2025, Create Change 360 we worked with other charitable organisations to expanded our community impact through the delivery of, one to one support and group work. These included: -one-to-one coaching specifically designed for young people and individuals impacted by trauma, including those who have faced barriers such as domestic abuse, mental health challenges, or adverse life experiences. -Drop-in sessions covering CV writing, interview preparation, confidence building and career pathways. Participants reported feeling supported to be more confident and informed about job pathways as well as having improved CV and job application skills leading to better financial wellbeing. The work directly contributed to improved employability, social connection, and reduced isolation among women and marginalised communities including those in local refuges and accessing both women’s aid and sexual violence support services. We have also developed CPD accredited training for professionals in the areas of intersectionality and trauma informed communication and boundaries and delivered these to partner organisations working with people impacted by trauma.
The company’s stakeholders are currently a group of women and their families from across England who meets online and face to face. Stakeholders, directors and volunteers are all people who have experience of facing oppression and disadvantage and we have developed the business based on our experiences of what is missing and needed within the local community for training and empowerment. In a similar way to previous years, we have engaged with people on a one-to-one and group basis during sessions to find out what types of courses and information sessions would be useful and how they would be most easily accessed, considering times and whether sessions are best in person or online so that we can further develop our offer.
