The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
Following the year end, the company experienced significant financial difficulties. At the date of approval of these financial statements the director had concluded that the company was unable to continue trading and that entry into administration was expected during August 2026.
Accordingly, the director considers it inappropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern. Assets have been reviewed for recoverability and, where necessary, have been written down to their estimated recoverable amounts. Liabilities are stated at the amounts expected to be settled.
