| UK AMGroup Ltd is a private limited company (limited by guarantee) incorporated in England and Wales. |
| The address of the registered office is 14 The Boltons, London, England, SW10 9TD. |
| The principal activity of the company is that of running a non commercial property to facilitate the running costs for a private estate. The company is not run with a view to make a profit. |
| Comparative figures are not directly comparable due to the extended prior reporting period. |
| 2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Income |
| Income represents the amount receivable for the purpose of discharging household running expenditure. |
| Taxation |
| The company did not trade with a view to making profit throughout the year and therefore is not subject to corporation tax on its result. |
| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate. |
| Going concern |
| The company has sufficient cash resources to meet its ongoing obligations. The sole director has a reasonable expectation that the member will continue to provide the financial support necessary to enable the company to meet its staff and operating costs. Accordingly, the sole director considers that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and that the going concern basis of accounting is appropriate in preparing the annual financial statements. |

| 7. | PENSION COMMITMENTS |
| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme for eligible employees. Contributions payable by the company are charged to the profit and loss account within pension costs in the period to which they relate. |

| At the balance sheet date, pension contributions of £Nil (2024: £Nil) were outstanding and included within creditors. |
| 8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| The former director (resigned 11 September 2025), M Al Saud, owns the property for which the company provides services. The services provided by the company were fully paid for by M Al Saud. At the balance sheet date, the total amount owed by the company to M Al Saud was £101,536, which represents the amounts sent to the company to cover upcoming costs in the following year. The balance is shown in loan from a member. This loan is interest free and repayable on demand. As M Al Saud was a director of the company for the period ended 31 December 2024, the balance of the loan at this date of £38,047 was shown in other creditors. |
