During the financial year, our organisation continued to support Romanian-speaking mothers, families and the wider community across the UK, with a particular focus on North West London. Our aim is to reduce social isolation, improve wellbeing, strengthen community connections and provide practical support that enables families to thrive. We delivered weekly community sessions where mothers could build friendships, share experiences, access reliable information and receive peer support. These sessions provided an important source of connection, particularly for women who were new to the UK or lacked family support. During school holidays, we organised creative and educational activities for children and young people, helping families remain connected throughout the year. We also delivered educational and wellbeing activities, including First Aid training, sewing courses, sports sessions, arts and crafts workshops, coffee mornings and presentations from local organisations. These activities helped participants develop practical skills, improve confidence and explore opportunities for education, employment and volunteering. A significant achievement this year was our participation in the Voter Registration Project, delivered in partnership with RCCT CIC. We supported more than 300 Romanian residents to register to vote, update their electoral details and better understand the UK electoral system. Through community outreach and online campaigns, we reached more than 10,000 people, promoting democratic participation and increasing awareness of civic rights. Although the funded project has ended, we continue to receive requests for support from members of the community. Our Heritage Project brought together mothers and children to celebrate Romanian traditions while promoting cultural understanding and community cohesion within the diverse communities of the London Borough of Harrow. The project encouraged families to value their cultural heritage while strengthening relationships with the wider community. Alongside our face-to-face activities, we continued supporting families across the UK through our online community of more than 30,000 members, providing trusted information, peer support and signposting to relevant services. Volunteers also coordinated smaller support groups to respond quickly to families experiencing crisis and provide practical assistance when needed. During the year, ten new volunteers joined our organisation, representing Romanian, Hungarian and Ukrainian communities. Their contribution strengthened our ability to deliver services and reflected our commitment to inclusion and equality. Although our organisation was established to support Romanian-speaking mothers, our services are open to anyone who requires support, regardless of nationality or background. We also coordinated fundraising campaigns and community donations that enabled us to support more than 20 families experiencing financial hardship or personal crisis, including emergency assistance and practical support for vulnerable families. Throughout the year, we organised family and community events that strengthened social connections, celebrated cultural diversity and encouraged volunteering and community participation. Many families continue to seek our support long after individual projects have ended, demonstrating the lasting trust and impact of our work. Overall, our activities have reduced social isolation, improved wellbeing, strengthened community cohesion, increased civic participation and provided practical support to hundreds of families in North West London while reaching thousands more across the UK through our online community and volunteer network.

Our stakeholders include mothers and families who participate in our activities, volunteers, partner organisations, local community groups, funders and members of the wider Romanian-speaking community across the UK. We gather feedback throughout the year during weekly sessions, workshops, community events, volunteer meetings, online groups and direct conversations with beneficiaries. This helps us understand changing needs, evaluate our services and ensure our activities remain relevant and accessible. Feedback from stakeholders has influenced the development of our services, leading to the expansion of educational workshops, additional support for families experiencing crisis, continued children's activities during school holidays and the extension of our voter registration support beyond the funded project. It has also helped shape our Heritage Project, volunteer-led initiatives and community events, ensuring we continue to deliver meaningful community benefit.
