1 Statutory information
Consulting By Regal Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15531173. The registered office is 7 Lake View, Edgware, HA8 7RT, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, the company maintained a director’s loan account with Daniel Green, a director and shareholder of the company. At 31 October 2025, the amount owed by the director to the company was: £15,993 (28 Feb 2025: £-0.56) The loan was unsecured and repayable on demand. During the year: amounts advanced to or paid on behalf of the director totalled £112,441; amounts repaid, credited or otherwise set against the director’s loan account totalled £103,069; and no amounts were written off or waived. Interest of £421.52 was calculated in respect of the overdrawn loan account, using HMRC’s official rates of interest of: 2.25% up to 5 April 2025; and 3.75% from 6 April 2025. The interest has been charged to the director’s loan account and recognised as interest income in the financial statements. The outstanding balance remains due from the director and is included within debtors falling due within one year.

For the period ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
