	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities. The company is the parent undertaking of a small group. The directors have taken advantage of the exemption available under section 398 of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements, as the group qualifies as a small group for the purposes of section 383 of the Companies Act 2006. Accordingly, these financial statements present information about the company as an individual undertaking and not about the group.
