Going concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The validity of this assumption depends on the director continuing to provide adequate financial support and by not seeking repayments of the amounts owed to him. The director has indicated that he will provide such support and accordingly he believes it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
