At the year end the directors owed the company £11,069 (2025 - £13,421). During the year interest was charged on this loan at the deemed market rate. No interest was charged on the loan (2025:£nil). The loan is payable on demand.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
