| All of the financial instruments of the company are basic and the company has elected to apply the provisions of Section 11 "Basic Financial Instruments of FRS 102" to all its financial instruments. |
| Financial instruments are recognised in the company's balance sheet when the company becomes party to the contractual provisions of the instruments. |
| Debtors and creditors with no stated interest rate and receivable or payable within one year are recorded at the transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the profit and loss account in other administrative expenses. |
| Equity Instruments |
| Equity instruments issued by the company are recorded at the proceeds received, net of transaction costs. Dividends payable on equity instruments are recognised as liabilities once they are no longer at the discretion of the company. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

| Foreign currencies |
| Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |
| Investments |
| Investments in unlisted companies are recognised at fair value. Any changes in fair value at the year end are recognised in the profit and loss account. |

| Share-based payments |
| The company operates equity-settled share-based payment arrangements under which share options are granted to certain directors. |
| The fair value of options granted is recognised as an expense in the profit and loss account over the vesting period, with a corresponding increase in equity. Fair value is measured at the date of grant. |

| On 2 January 2026, the company issued 3,808 Ordinary shares of £0.001 each for cash consideration of £0.03 each. The excess over nominal value was credited to the share premium reserve and later moved to retained earnings. |
| The shareholders also approved a reduction of the company's issued share capital on this date. The company consolidated its Ordinary shares from 24,312,000 shares of £0.001 each to 4,052 shares of £6 each. Deferred shares of £3,832,725 were cancelled and the balance transferred to retained earnings. |
| On 8 January 2026 the company purchased 116 Ordinary shares of £6. The shares were cancelled and the nominal value transferred to retained earnings. |
| 9. | RESERVES |
| During the year, following a capital reduction, the share premium reserve was eliminated and transferred to retained earnings. Retained earnings were also reduced as a result of the purchase of the company's own shares. |
| 10. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| During the year, the company advanced a loan of £25,000 to Mark Jackson, director and shareholder of Vitaspan Limited, a company which Zafarullah Karim is also a shareholder.The loan is repayable after four years at a value of £75,000 and includes an option to convert the balance into shares in Vitaspan Limited. |
| Due to the non-market nature of the transaction and Vitaspan Limited being a young business, the loan has been measured at fair value. At the year end, the carrying value of the loan was considered to be £31,250 after recognising a loan premium of £6,250 during the year. |
| 11. | ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY |
| The directors consider that there is no ultimate controlling party. |

| 12. | SHARE-BASED PAYMENT |
| The company operates a share option scheme under which options to subscribe for ordinary shares have been granted to certain directors. |
| If these options remain unexercised for a period of 10 years from the date of grant, the options lapse. The options are exercisable immediately on grant. |
| During the year, the company undertook a capital reduction. In accordance with the terms of the share option scheme, the number of options and exercise price were adjusted on a pro rata basis to reflect this transaction. The adjustment did not increase the overall value of the options. |
| At the year end, there were options outstanding over 44 ordinary shares, each with an exercise price of £4,526.40. These options remain exercisable until 15 September 2028. |
