The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period a director received an unsecured loan from the company, as follows: Balance at start £942 (2024: £Nil), advances £12,123 (2024:£10,955) repayments £9,116 (2024: 10,012), Balance at end £3,949 (2024: £942). The loan was repaid after the period end.
