1. Company information

Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

At the balance sheet date the company had net liabilities of £8,722, which arise primarily from amounts owing to the sole director. The director has confirmed that the balance due to them is repayable only at their discretion and that they will not seek repayment within at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.

The director has also confirmed that they will continue to provide financial support to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due.

On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
