| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |

| At the year end, an amount of £363,897 (2025 - £248,881) was owed by the company to its wholly owned subsidiary, Creative Displays (U.K.) Ltd. The balance is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. |
| 12. | POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS |
| After the reporting date, the group entered into arrangements to undertake a statutory demerger expected to complete on 31 July 2026. The transaction did not affect the Company's financial position at 31 May 2026 and has therefore not been reflected in these financial statements. |
| The directors consider the demerger to be a non-adjusting event after the reporting period. The financial effect of the transaction on future reporting periods will depend on the post-demerger structure and operations. |
