The principle activites were that of helping artisans from Zimbabwe and other less privaleged countries to market their crafts in the UK and to foster an understanding of fair trade and promote its development in the UK and overseas, especially in arts and crafts.
The first members of the Company are the subscribers to the Memorandum and Articles of Association on its formation. Other members will be admitted with the approval of the Directors in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of the community. The Annual General Meeting will be held each year when the progress and performance of the Company is reported upon.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £1,940.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
