1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the period was 1 (2025: 1).

3.	Cessation Please carry back terminal loss made during period 01/06/2025 - 12/02/2026 against profits in the previous accounting period 01/06/2024 - 31/05/2025. Cessation date 12/02/2026.

Director's Responsibilities:

For the period ended 12 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
