WHEF London CIC is a non-profit organisation. Its main objective is to make society prosperous by bringing businesses and professionals together on one platform. During the Year Ended 31 October 2025, WHEF London CIC advanced its mission to strengthen the economic foundation of the Hindu community by providing a platform for entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors to collaborate, share knowledge, and build sustainable businesses. The organisation hosted forums, and conferences designed to promote business skills, networking, and mentoring - supporting youth and women. Through its events and initiatives, WHEF London CIC enhanced community capacity, encouraged intra-community trade and investment, and fostered economic empowerment.
During the financial year, WHEF London CIC has actively engaged with a wide range of stakeholders who have a vested interest in its mission and activities. Stakeholders: WHEF London CIC’s stakeholders include Hindu entrepreneurs, professionals, youth, women, event attendees, community members, and sponsors. Consultation Methods: Stakeholders were consulted through post-event surveys, one-on-one discussions, social media feedback, and collaborative event planning. Informal feedback was also collected during and after networking sessions and forums. Actions Taken in Response: (1) Introduced targeted events on start-up funding and digital skills. (2) Expanded mentorship opportunities across professional networks. (3) Strengthened outreach to young and female entrepreneurs. (4) Initiated new partnerships to broaden engagement and community impact. Since the year end a number of donors have made contribution towards a fund and this puts us in a more stable financial footing. A major conference is being brain stormed for 2028 to be held in UK and financial and time commitments have been received from donors. The directors wish to recognise the voluntary contribution made by the executive committee, regional committees and the volunteers. They have given up valuable personal time to further our cause.
