Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;

Advances

The joint director and shareholder loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 per person at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 February 2025 the balance owed by the director and shareholder was £31,700. During the year, the company made advances to director and shareholder amounting to £32,209 and received repayments of £29,954 leaving a balance due by the director and shareholder of £33,955.
