Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Company activities and impact

During this year the company agreed its second commercial license with a uk company and continued to support the openclinical.net website and develop its own open source PROforma implementation as can be seen at https://gitlab.com/openclinical. Openclinical's OPS (open proforma system) was used as part of a MSc in medical informatics in the US. A destination decision support algorithm implemented with proformajs was trialled in an NHIR funded project in central africa and it is hoped to reuse the implementation and findings from this project in further LMIC pre hospital emergency care projects. Alerts and reminders to support care within primary medicine care units in Sri Lanka were further developed, along with a connector to OpenMRS for consuming those CDSS bundles.
