Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the rendering of legal services.
Revenue is recognised by adjusting work in progress when the firm has satisfied its performance obligation of providing legal services to its client by reference to the stage of completion.
Client Money is money held in the firm’s client account is held on behalf of clients in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules and does not constitute the firm’s income.
