Ngorli CIC provides a range of educational, social and community-based activities for children and adults. Throughout the year, the organisation delivered after-school programmes including tuition, mentoring, arts and crafts, book clubs, coaching sessions, and other educational and recreational activities for children aged 5 to 17. Ngorli CIC also operated a food bank, which supported its community-focused objectives. During the financial year 2024, these activities generated significant benefits for the local community, including: -Providing children and adults with opportunities to develop their talents, skills and confidence through structured learning, mentoring and creative activities. -Supporting parents and carers by providing a safe, engaging environment for their children outside school hours, allowing them to focus on employment and other family responsibilities. -Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion by welcoming children from all ethnic backgrounds, including those with disabilities. This has helped foster mutual respect, understanding and friendship among participants while building their confidence and social skills. -Strengthening relationships between families and the wider community by creating opportunities for parents and residents to engage, collaborate and support one another. -Encouraging personal development, positive behaviour and lifelong learning through educational support and community engagement. Through these activities, Ngorli CIC has continued to fulfil its community interest objectives by improving educational outcomes, promoting social inclusion and contributing to stronger community cohesion.

Ngorli CIC's key stakeholders include local residents, parents, children and young people, Hertfordshire County Council, Watford Borough Council, the Mayor of Watford, local councillors and other community organisations. The directors of Ngorli CIC have lived and worked within the local community for many years. Their understanding of local needs has been developed through ongoing conversations with residents, parents and community partners, enabling the organisation to design services that respond effectively to local priorities. Ngorli CIC regularly consults its stakeholders through meetings, feedback sessions, surveys and newsletters whenever significant decisions are being considered. This ensures that stakeholders have the opportunity to share their views and contribute ideas that help shape the organisation's activities and future direction. The feedback received from stakeholders has enabled Ngorli CIC to improve its services, strengthen community partnerships and maintain a positive reputation as an organisation that values openness, collaboration and community involvement
