The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 4 (previous period: 3).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made interest-free advances to a director amounting to £1,588 (2024-25: £2,250). These were repayable on demand. The company received repayment in full during the year.
Additional Disclosures
During 2020-21, the Company entered into a Bounce Back Loan arrangement. The first year's interest was paid via Government Grant and was recognised as such in the accounts. Repayments commenced in 2021-22. The Company has a loan arrangement with NPIF YHTV MICROFINANCE LP secured via a debenture creating a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the Company.
