2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. As at 31 October 2025, the company had net liabilities of £141,444. The company's long term liabilities include mortgage borrowings secured against its investment properties and £508,278 due to the directors. The directors have considered the company's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due and consider the going concern basis to be appropriate.
