The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company met expenditure of £25,732 on behalf of Mr J Edgeley, a director, which was treated as an advance to him. The advance is interest-free and has no fixed terms of repayment. Rent of £2,000 owed to the director, and a dividend of £3,732 declared on 30 June 2025, were credited to his account during the year, leaving £20,000 outstanding at 31 October 2025. This balance was repaid after the year end by a dividend of £20,000 declared on 30 June 2026.
