3 Director's advances, credit and guarantees

At the end of the prior year, a director’s loan balance of £5,714 was outstanding and was subject to Section 455 tax. This balance was repaid during the current year. At the end of the current year, a director’s loan balance of £17,716 remained outstanding. This balance was repaid within nine months of the year end and is not subject to Section 455 tax.

4 Guarantees and other financial commitments

At the balance sheet date, the company had a Bounce Back Loan outstanding. The loan is repayable by monthly instalments and interest is charged at 2.5% per annum.
