Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to its directors as follows. Khari George: at 1 November 2024 the company owed the director £396.00. Advances of £17,997.79 were made during the year and £3,555.47 was repaid, leaving £14,046.32 due to the company at 31 October 2025. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £14,046.32. Karl Alexander George: at 1 November 2024 £2,445.00 was due to the company. Advances of £10,500.00 were made during the year and £2,945.00 was repaid, leaving £10,000.00 due to the company at 31 October 2025. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £12,445.00. The advances are interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. Total advances made during the year were £28,497.79 and total repayments were £6,500.47, leaving a total of £24,046.32 due to the company at 31 October 2025 (2024: £2,049.00 due to the company). No amounts were written off or waived during the year. Both balances were repaid in full after the balance sheet date.
