Directors' report period ended 31 October 2025

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 October 2025

Principal activities of the company

The CIC's principal activities is benefitting the local area and people through, although not exclusively, creative music and arts activity. The CIC ran Boia Festival at the end of October 2025. It was deemed by audience feedback and by those working on it a successful one. The difference this year was there were no legacy hit makers as headline acts. This didn't have any effect on ticket sales. Turnover was similar to last year, although the CIC only received just under £15K in grants this time. We ran a small loss this time and directors were not paid from this year’s budget
