The directors present their report and the unaudited financial statements for the company for the year ended 31 May 2026.
Statement of Directors' Responsibilities
The Directors are responsible for preparing the Directors' report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the Directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the Directors have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards, comprising FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland”, and applicable law). Under company law the Directors must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company and of the profit or loss of the Company for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the Directors are required to:

select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently.
  state whether applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards, comprising FRS 102, have been       followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.

make judgments and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent.

prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the Company will continue in business.
The Directors are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the Company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Company and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Principal activities
The company was incorporated on 11 May 2021. The company commenced trading on 11 May 2021. The company ceased trading on 31 October 2022. The principal activity of the company was the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.  The company is now dormant.  These are the last accounts, for the company as it is intended that the company be struck off.

For the year ended 31 May 2026, the Company was entitled to the exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of the small companies' regime of the Companies Act 2006.
As permitted by s444(5A) of the Companies Act 2006 the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

General Information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated and domiciled in England.  The address of its registered office is 38 Timbertree Road, Cradley Heath, West Midlands B64 7LE.
The financial statements of A&M Bodyworx Limited have been prepared in compliance with United Kingdom Accounting Standards, including Section 1A Small Entities of Financial Reporting Standard 102.  “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland” (“FRS 102”) and the Companies Act 2006.
The company was incorporated on 11 May 2021. The company commenced trading on 11 May 2021. The company ceased trading on 31 October 2022. The company is now dormant. These are the last accounts, for the company as it is intended that the company be struck off.

Accounting Policies
Basis of preparation of financial statements
As the company has ceased to trade in the financial statements have not been prepared on the going concern basis, as this is no longer appropriate.  The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The preparation of financial statements in conformity with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise its judgement in the process of applying the company's accounting policies. The areas involving a higher degree of judgement or complexity, or areas where assumptions and estimates are significant to the financial statements are disclosed below.
