    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Valuation information and policy

    This policy ensures that all property valuation information is prepared, recorded, and communicated in accordance with UK legislation and recognised professional standards. Valuations must be accurate, evidence-based, impartial, and supported by relevant market data. Personal information collected during the valuation process must be handled in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Valuers follow the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation – Global Standards (the "Red Book") and comply with the Estate Agents Act 1979, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the Misrepresentation Act 1967 by ensuring that information provided is clear, truthful, and not misleading. Valuation records are securely stored, kept confidential, and retained in line with legal and organisational requirements.
