The company's activities have provided benefits to the public at large by ensuring that high quality training to Crime Scene Investigators and other investigative functions. The Criminal system requires high quality evidence to be delivered into the system. This evidence is in the first place gathered by Crime Scene and other investigators, hence their contribution is vital to the further pursuit of justice. Those disciplines can only be of benefit to the community if the contributions is delivered to the highest standard, by contributing and transforming the forensic services. This improves investigations and ultimately outcomes for the victims by bringing offenders to justice. Appropriately trained personnel is the key support for operational policing and other investigative services and enhances the forensic capability, thus meeting future demand and improving the ability to fight crime. The company become incorporated in October 2023. In the financial year 2024/2025, we have supported the community running the following courses: Running Initial Crime Scene Analysis courses to ensure that those new to the role are provided with a thorough grounding from which they can develop their careers. Running Initial Fingerprint Visualisation course to ensure that this very complex and specialist branch of forensic investigation is supported and qualified to deliver maximum results. Running Advanced Fingerprint Visualisation to ensure that further development is available for personnel progressing in this area of forensic investigation. Running Continuing Professional Development courses on crime scene photography and fingerprint visualisation. Engaging with universities to provide early information to their students on the forensic disciplines inherent to police forces and their career pathway. Engaging in specialist conferences to further encourage, develop and support training strategies and requirements. Engaging in community activities to provide awareness of the remit and impact of crime investigation and the support available to victims and witnesses of crimes. Engaging with local groups – presented to the local camera club on CSI photography. Engaged with local business communities to raise awareness of the work involved in keeping communities safe. We have continued our specific involvement with Victim Support (charity number 298028), as our charity of choice, with a donation of £10,000. We are also liaising with them to get input on our Advanced Crime Scene Investigation courses, to ensure that the course attendees understand the impact of crimes and the benefit of the work they do on those most impacted. We pursue this goal by adopting a conscientious approach to sustainability and environment. Consultation with Stakeholders All courses are adjusted to meet individual client requirements for both standard courses or specific single client CPD courses. We ask for input on the particular challenges faced by the participants and factor this feedback into the information provided.
