The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, including Section 1A Small Entities, and the Companies Act 2006.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:
At 31 October 2025 the company had net liabilities of £1,479. The director has confirmed his intention to continue providing financial support to the company and not to seek repayment of amounts due to him where doing so would prejudice the company’s ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The director therefore considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
Turnover represents amounts receivable for the provision of staffing and labour support services, including amounts settled by customers directly on behalf of the company, net of VAT. Revenue is recognised as the relevant services are provided and when the amount can be measured reliably.
