During the financial year, the Club has provided regular boxing training and fitness sessions for children, young people and adults within the local community. The Club has encouraged people of all ages and abilities to participate in sport, helping to improve physical health, mental well being, confidence and self-discipline. It has provided a safe and supportive environment where members can develop their boxing skills, build friendships and adopt healthy lifestyles. The Club has also promoted inclusion by welcoming participants from different backgrounds and encouraging positive community engagement through sport. Volunteers and coaches have supported members both inside and outside the gym, helping to build confidence, respect and teamwork. By providing affordable access to boxing and organizing training sessions and community activities, the Club has made a positive contribution to the local community and increased opportunities for people to participate in regular physical activity.
During the financial year, the Company consulted with its key stakeholders, including members, participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and local community organizations. Feedback was gathered through regular conversations, meetings and informal discussions during training sessions and community activities. The Company also provides information and contact details on its website, and notices are displayed at the entrance to the club. Members, parents and other stakeholders are encouraged to speak with coaches or management after training sessions to discuss any suggestions, concerns or feedback. This feedback has been used to improve the quality of coaching, plan activities, identify community needs and ensure that the services provided remain accessible, safe and beneficial to participants. The Company values stakeholder feedback and continues to use it to develop its activities and improve the positive impact it has on the local community.
The directors received remuneration in accordance with their employment and service agreements.
