The company’s activities will provide benefit to vulnerable adults in need of temporary and transitional accommodation, individuals recovering from mental health issues, substance misuse, and unemployment, and the broader community in need of social support and emergency relief services. The company has not been providing any services, hence no transactions or financial activity.
Currently i am the only trustee, CIC has not yet carried out activities.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
