Company activities and impact

Our community is the people of Cheshire and the surrounding areas, as well as a wider audience online. This financial year we have provided journaling and expressive writing workshops to a range of participants, including neurodivergent people and young people aged 16+, and we have provided free information and resources to support mental health and wellbeing. Our activities have benefited our community by raising awareness of the benefits of journaling, including expressive writing and mixed-media journaling.
