2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Turnover policy
The company had no turnover during the year.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
The company held no tangible fixed assets during the year.

Intangible assets amortisation policy
The cost of intellectual property registration is capitalised as an intangible asset and amortised over its estimated useful economic life.

Valuation information and policy
Assets and liabilities are recorded at historical cost.

Other accounting policies
During the year the company incurred costs relating to the registration of a trade mark. The directors consider the registration to have continuing value to the company and it has therefore been recognised as an intangible fixed asset.
