Additional information

Mind Nature Studio Community Interest Company delivers sustainable, nature-based wellbeing solutions at the intersection of design, psychology, environmental psychology, landscape architecture and art, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, people with autism, people from disadvantaged backgrounds, youth and families. Mind Nature Studio Community Interest Company was incorporated on 3 December 2024. During this first accounting period, the company focused on establishing its operational foundations and developing its flagship programme, the Merkaba Experience. The company launched an initial fundraising campaign, which contributed towards a small proportion of running costs. The majority of set-up costs - including website development, branding, and professional consultations - were funded through investment from the Founder, Daniela Krasnanova, recorded as a Director's loan. While the Merkaba Experience programme was still in development during this period, the company delivered three low cost workshops to local communities, allowing the programme to be trialled and refined ahead of a fuller rollout. Income from these workshops covered a small proportion of associated costs, with the remainder met through the Founder's continued investment and general administrative support. This period represented a foundational stage for the company, establishing the infrastructure, identity, and initial programme groundwork needed to expand community delivery in the following financial year - including the securing of National Lottery Community Fund support in February 2026 to widen access to the Merkaba Experience.
