2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At 1st November 2024 the company owed Mr I M Brown £1,695 by way of loan from Mr Brown to the company. During the period under review the company repaid that entire amount to Mr Brown and advanced a further £7,592 to him. At 31st October 2025 Mr Brown owed the company £7,592. That loan was repaid in full on 31st July 2026. These loans are unsecured and repayable on demand. Amounts owed by the company to Mr Brown are interest free. Interest is charged at the official rate of interest on amounts owed by Mr Brown to the company. Mr Brown is the company's sole director and he has a beneficial interest in 100% of the company's called up share capital.

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
